Return Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges only if the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging

Returns for reasons such as change of mind, size preferences, or dislike of color/design are not accepted due to the nature of our operations and Cash on Delivery system.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product or processing a replacement.
Refunds
As we operate Cash on Delivery only, refunds are handled as follows:

If you are eligible for a return and choose not to accept a replacement item, we will arrange for a cash refund at the time of pickup or offer a voucher/discount code for future purchases.

Non-Returnable Items
