At Caspian Hikes, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every order. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we offer a simple return and exchange process as outlined below.

Return Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges only if the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • A photo or video of the issue must be submitted to [email protected]

Returns for reasons such as change of mind, size preferences, or dislike of color/design are not accepted due to the nature of our operations and Cash on Delivery system.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”.

  2. Include clear photos or videos showing the defect, damage, or issue.

  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

  4. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product or processing a replacement.

Refunds
As we operate Cash on Delivery only, refunds are handled as follows:

  • If you are eligible for a return and choose not to accept a replacement item, we will arrange for a cash refund at the time of pickup or offer a voucher/discount code for future purchases.

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

  • Items returned after the 7-day window

  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate the issue and provide a resolution promptly.

Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and for being available to receive the order. Repeated refusal to accept orders may result in future restrictions.
